How to Order From Realistic Modelling Services

You can write, email, or telephone with your order, and you can also order online using PayPal, but please read the payment conditions below before doing so.

Payment and Trading Conditions

All painting service prices quoted do not include the cost of the figure or model. We are more than happy to purchase figures on your behalf, provided we have clear instructions. Orders under £100.00 Sterling must be accompanied by payment. A proforma invoice can be provided. Your order will be put into the production sequence as soon as payment has cleared.

PLEASE NOTE: As all our products are HAND MADE, there will be a waiting period. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received, and there is usually a queue. Orders under £100.00 should allow up to 28-40 days for their order to be completed. However, we do get rather busy, in which case we will advise you via e-mail as to the estimated delivery date. If you intend to order over £200.00's worth of product, we recommend you contact us first for an estimated delivery date.

All orders are positioned in the sequence they are received. Every effort is made to complete them in the shortest time possible; however, in particularly busy periods part-orders may be sent at short intervals until the work is complete. All quotations are valid for six months.

Overseas customers using I.M.O., Euqocheques, Bank Draft, Post Office Giro must make such payments out in U.K. Pounds Sterling. Please make cheques etc. payable to "Realistic Modelling". Due to the constraints imposed on small businesses by the CreditCard Financial System, Realistic Modelling will no longer accept payment by Debit/Credit cards, but can take payments on-line through PayPal.

Postage and Packing

UK, BFPO customers: 15% of the order value (minimum £1.50)

Overseas

Europe, US and Canda: At cost, which can be up to 25% of the order value (minimum £3.00)
Australia and Far East: At cost, which can be 35% of the order value (minimum £5.00)

For orders over £200.00 Sterling please contact us because the postal charges or carrier costs on bulky items can be very variable. If sent through the standard postal service, items like Terrain Modules may cost more to send than the above rates indicate. Full postal quotations can be arranged for such orders. All items are securely packed, frequently double sealed with every effort made for a safe delivery. All items are despatched to you under insurance cover or special delivery post.
